Healthy Living Program

Healthy living programs are free activities helping disadvantaged young people to eat healthily, be active and have fun. Healthy Living is essential in:
• Boosting mental health and reducing depression, anxiety and stress.
• Reducing rates of childhood obesity and an ongoing reliance on fast food.
• Teaching young people positive lifestyle lessons that will help them into adulthood.
• Developing life skills such as team work and responsibility.
• Engaging young people in interests that are an alternative to alcohol, drugs and anti social behaviour.
