October School Holiday Program 2010

To book for activities;
1. Pick up a booking form from the Shack
2.Write down your preference of activities
3. Sign the permission form
4. Bring your permission form to the Shack, 11 Rainbow St Kingsford
Mondays (3:00-6:00pm)
Wednesdays (2:30-6:00pm)
Other times please ring first 9398 8440
Or mail at 11 Rainbow St Kingsford, 2032
5. You will recieve a letter or email notifying you of which activities you have been placed in.
6. Pay your money on the day of the activity or after you have recieved your confirmation.

Conditions
-No fax or phone bookings will be taken.
-Permission form must be signed by a guardian.
-Maximum of 3 permission forms per person.
- Preferences will be distributed evenly to give everyone an opportunity to attend.
- Limited places are available!

Time: 9:30am - 3:30pm (meet at the Shack)

Tuesday 28 Sept. - Bike Riding
Time: 8:30am - 3pm (meet at the Shack)
Cost: $5

Wednesday 29 Sept - Shack Day With T-Shirt Making
Time: 11am - 3pm

Cost: FREE

Thursday 30 Sept - Symbio Wildlife Park

Time: 9am - 3pm

Friday 1 Oct - Maroubra Beach Day Incl. Surfing Lesson
Time: 8:45am - 10:30am Surf Lesson (bookings essential)
Time: 11am - 1pm Aerosol Art, Activities & Games
Cost: FREE
